Junior Consultant

Noor recently completed her Joint Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in Communication and Political Science. Throughout her academic and professional career, she has showcased exceptional skills in conducting research, data collection, and analysis to inform policies. She has also demonstrated strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and project management abilities.


In her previous role as a Research Assistant for the University of Ottawa’s Disability Justice Working Group, Noor studied and examined accessibility policies of numerous post-secondary institutions across Canada. This research aimed to inform and advise the University of Ottawa’s accessibility policies for its staff and faculties.


Prior to this, Noor worked at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada as a Junior Analyst. In this capacity, she managed the organization of various internal projects, including tasks such as short-listing project participants, tracking project progress, and maintaining contact with relevant stakeholders.
