Kaisha is a Vice President with Loyalist. She brings over a decade of experience across politics, government, consulting and the non-profit sector. Her diverse background allows her to navigate complex policy environments, negotiate and manage high-stakes relationships, and deliver strategic, effective advice to clients.
Kaisha has worked extensively with both federal and provincial governments. In Ottawa, she held roles with the Minister of Natural Resources, the Leader of the Official Opposition, and the public service at Public Services and Procurement Canada. In the Ontario government, she held several senior positions focused on policy and strategy implementation in energy, mining and Indigenous affairs, including as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Indigenous Affairs.
Previously, Kaisha was an Associate Principal at Navigator, where she advised clients on strategic communications, crisis management and government relations. Most recently, she led the Ontario advocacy efforts at Clean Prosperity, a climate policy think tank.
Kaisha holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Science in International Studies and Modern Languages (French Immersion) from the University of Ottawa. She is based in Toronto.”
